KSA’s Education and Outreach department today, 3rd November 2023 conducted a space education outreach at Shree Swaminarayan Academy, Mombasa.
Through outreach activities like this one, the Agency seeks to mentor young learners in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics).
Learners drawn from Year 4 – A level (Year 12) were taken through the four (4) thematic areas of space; Earth Observation (EO), Space Systems Engineering, Space Science and Astronomy and Information Technology (IT).
They were also taken through an interactive planetarium session and were able to build and launch water rockets.
