Ms Molonko holds a Master in Law (LLM) from University of Nairobi, Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) of Moi University, Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, a Post Graduate Efficiency Certificate in legislative drafting from Ghana Law School, a Certificate in Legislative Drafting from Royal Institute of Public Administration, London. She is a Certified Secretary of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and an advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
She has over 15 years of experience having worked as a Parliamentary Counsel, State Law Office, Senior Regulatory Officer, Capital Markets Authority and Legal Counsel at Central Bank of Kenya. Currently, she is working at the National Treasury & Economic Planning
