Ms Anne Mwihaki Ndundu   

Alternate to the Attorney General


Ms. Mwihaki Ndundu holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Second Class-Upper from Kampala International University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya school of Law. She has also completed the Senior Management Course (SMC) at the Kenya School of Government.

Ms. Mwihaki Ndundu is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, currently serving as a Principal State Counsel at the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice, Civil Litigation Department, Lands and Environment Section.

Prior to joining the Office of the Attorney General and Department of Justice, Ms. Mwihaki Ndundu served as an Associate Advocate at Lilan & Koech Associates and Maina & Partners and as a legal assistant and pupil at Kirubi, Mwangi Ben & Advocates.

With over 11 years of experience, Ms Mwihaki Ndundu has demonstrated strong legal acumen and has specialized in environmental, land and infrastructure disputes.
